Comvita honeys are unique to New Zealand and are renowned for their flavour and texture. A natural granulation process is used at Comvita to produce creamed honey that is consistent in texture but easy to spread. Nothing is added to the honey and it is never overheated, that is why Comvita honey is referred to as "raw honey" with all of its natural enzymes and goodness intact.
