Quick, easy and fresh – there is little not to love about a stir fry, especially during the week when you’re running short on time to make a healthy dinner. This Thai inspired chicken stir fry recipe is packed with punchy flavours and can be ready to put on the table in just 25 minutes. The addition of honey in the sauce brings a subtle sweetness to the dish, whilst boosting the goodness even further.
Thai Style Chicken Stir Fry
- 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Siracha Sauce
- 2 Grated Garlic Cloves
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 Small onion
- 3 Carrots
- 150 gram Green Beans
- 1 tbsp COMVITA 83+ 250G MANUKA HONEY
Whisk together the coconut aminos, siracha sauce, Manuka Honey and garlic cloves. Set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Sauté with ½ tbsp ghee for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the remaining ghee/butter, sesame oil and veggies. Sauté 5-7 minutes.
Return chicken to pan, pour sauce mixture over everything and stir to coat. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds and nuts.
