Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Recipe

The rich taste, which many put down to the inclusion of the mother, keeping it naturally fermented and unpasteurised.
Some of our customers use Apple Cider Vinegar topically or as a drink, however, a lot of people don’t realise that it doubles up as an excellent salad dressing. So we have put together a tasty salad recipe as an example of the fine addition it could make to your own recipes.
Handful of baby spinach
Handful of baby green lettuce leaves
Handful of baby red lettuce leaves
15g Feta cheese
50g finely sliced mushrooms (pan fried or raw to taste)
1 chopped pepper (pan fried of raw to taste)
Simply add the spinach and lettuce into a bowl, sprinkle the Apple Cider Vinegar with Manuka Honey evenly over the leaves and shuffle. Grate or dice the feta into small pieces and add along with the croutons, mushrooms, pepper and chicken. Give it another shuffle and it’s ready to serve!
