Comvita warmly welcomed several bloggers to attend a tasty and nutritious brunch at the stylish Tibits vegetarian restaurant recently. Like most people, we love to brunch and this was no exception!

 
The Get Sticky brunch featured a selection of recipes to demonstrate the versatility of our health food products and how to incorporate the nutritional powerhouses into every day food. The Tibits chef, Leo, prepared and demonstrated a selection of recipes which are easy and quick to prepare. 

Central to the recipes was our much loved UMF Manuka honey. Our genuine Manuka honey is produced in New Zealand and contains unique plant phenols naturally present at varying levels in honey made from the nectar of the Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium), native to New Zealand.   • Rosemary & berry Manuka smoothie
  • Manuka honey and lavender muesli

Each dish was enhanced by the Manuka honey to deliver a menu which feels indulgent, delicious and special to eat every single time whilst benefitting from the unique properties of Manuka honey.
