A tasty smoothie recipe with a zing!
Ingredients (makes six servings)
- 1.5 cups of water
- 3 cups of raspberries
- 1.5 cups blueberries
- 6 sprigs of rosemary leaves
- 5 tbsp. Comvita UMF 10+ Manuka honey
Finely chop the rosemary and add to the blender. Place the rest of the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend until nice the consistency is nice and smooth and all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
You can make this smoothie recipe with frozen fruit so that you always have the ingredients handy.
