Ingredients for muesli (makes 1 serving)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds and raisins (or similar dried fruits)
- Comvita UMF 5+ Manuka Honey
Ingredients for topping
- 2 tbsp of edible lavender buds or other edible flowers
- 2 fresh figs
- Natural yoghurt
- Sliced almonds
- Comvita UMF 5+ Manuka Honey
- 1 tsp Comvita Bee Pollen
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 160C. Spread out the nuts and rolled oats on a baking tray and toast for 10-15 minutes, or until they are crunchy. Add pumpkin seeds, honey and raisins, mix on tray and cook for another 5 minutes.
Ensure ingredients are combined well before pouring in serving bowl.

Top with your favourite ingredients - we suggest edible wild flowers, figs, natural yoghurt and almonds and an extra dollop of Manuka honey.
