Comvita Manuka Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar combines naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar (80%), with raw natural honey (20%) - which is a combination of New Zealand UMF 5+ Manuka Honey and bush honey.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Serving Suggestions: To make a delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of Comvita Manuka Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar with water, adding lemon to taste. In summer add ice and a sprig of mint. In winter use warm water.
To make a wonderful salad dressing, mix with cold pressed olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh herbs.
Shake well before use. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you for this product which was recommended by a friend for my arthritic shoulder. I take 25mls in water twice a day. From Day 3 I no longer have any pain during the day and more importantly during the night - so no more disturbed sleep! I wrote to my physio with this information and she tells me she will pass this on to her patients. I hope she does!!
