Why Apply Cider Vinegar?

Why twist yoga poses?
 
According to Yoga Journal, twist yoga poses aid digestion, and relieve lower back pain (1), it is also a good exercise to train your concentration or unwind your day, here’s a simple twist yoga post you can do it everywhere even in the office! 
Half Lord of the Fishes Pose: A half spinal twist with the pelvis grounds, knee bend with left foot slide outside right hip while right foot stand outside of left hip, twist right with right hand against the floor behind your buttock, and left upper arm press against right thigh. Twist a little more with every exhalation, stay for a minute then change*.
 
As simple as that can energize the spine and stimulate the digestive fire (2), why not give it a try!
