Antioxidant Boosting Banana & Honey Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 125ml Milk of your choice
- 2 tps Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tps Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 tps Cinnamon
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 1 tsp Comvita 83+ Manuka Honey
Method
Place all ingredients into a medium blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy as a morning treat.
