With energy boosting oats, protein packed chia seeds and creamy cashew milk – these oats will keep you going for hours, so you’re ready to take on whatever the day has in store for you. We have added honey and vanilla for a touch of sweetness, making ‘dessert for breakfast’ a reality!
Vanilla Honey Overnight Oats
- 230 ml Creamy Cashew Milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 45 grams Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp COMVITA 83+ 250G MANUKA HONEY
Mix everything together in a jar or airtight container, place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning stir, add a splash of milk and top with your favourite fruits, nuts, and seeds.
