5I bought this because my immune system was poor. I love the taste, it is strong so you don't need to use much. I am really feeling the benefit now, half way through my second jar! I think it helps my IBS too, my stomach has been much more settled.

5I have been a huge fan of Comvita for years, but mostly I have been using Olive Leaf extract. I had some reward points which I used to get this Manuka honey. I've used it on 2 persistant cystic pimples and they're gone in just a day and a half! Awesome!
