Simple 4-ingredient Chocolate Mousse
Looking for desserts for two? Surprise your honey on Valentine’s Day or any day with this easy to make, 4-ingredient chocolate mousse. Sweetened with Clover honey which adds a floral sweetness to this French classic.
Ingredients (serves 2)
2/3 cup of chilled whipping cream
85g of unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp of Clover honey
Almond flakes or fruits of your choice
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water. Stir in Clover honey until mixture is smooth. Take off heat and stir occasionally while it cools.
Whisk whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold cream into chocolate mixture. Divide mousse in 2 small cups or ramekins. Refrigerate until set, approx 2 hours.
Decorate each dish with strawberries and almond flakes.
