We all know and love salmon as a super healthy, versatile protein – but have you ever tried adding chilli and honey to the mix? This honey salmon recipe is bursting with flavour and is perfect with a side of rice and leafy greens for a wholesome weeknight dinner, ready to serve in no more than 20 minutes. Hot Honey Salmon

- 1 Red Chilli
- 2 tps Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Salmon Fillets
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Cooking Oil
- 170 grams COMVITA 83+ 250G MANUKA HONEY
In a small saucepan, combine the Manuka Honey and sliced red chilli, and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat, then whisk in the apple cider vinegar. Set aside
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season. Drizzle oil onto pan, and place over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-down on the pan and cook until golden.
Flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Pour the hot Manuka Honey onto the pan and baste the salmon until glazed. Serve with leafy greens.
